DPS Pro may receive limited billing information from Paddle, such as subscription status, plan type, renewal status, payment success or failure, invoice status, and customer billing identifiers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

When you subscribe to DPS Pro, your payment and billing information may be collected and processed directly by Paddle under Paddle's own legal terms and privacy practices. DPS Pro does not store full credit card numbers.

6. Email Sending and Customer Portfolio Data

DPS Pro may allow users to send daily price sheets to customer portfolios. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission or a lawful business reason to email contacts they upload or use through DPS Pro.

If a user connects an email account or sending service in the future, DPS Pro may use that connection only to support requested platform features, such as sending daily price sheets, recording send history, and improving workflow continuity.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate DPS Pro, such as hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, email delivery providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, and payment providers such as Paddle.
